Mediating role of work-life balance and job satisfaction in the relationship between person-job fit and life satisfaction among teachers

چکیده
This study aims to determine the intermediary role of work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS) in relationship between person-job (PJ) fit life (LS) based on perceptions teachers. A total 401 teachers working schools Denizli province were included study. The Person-Job Fit Scale, Work-Life Balance Job Satisfaction Life Scale employed collect data. Based results correlation analysis, positive significant relationships found all variables. Structural equation model analyses showed that JS WLB can play a full PJ LS.
